Day 02/10 Scrum Notes

Catapult

  • Reconfigure design for space
  • pulley didn’t work ==> trying with lazy susan dolly, remanufacturing other parts so it fits
  • 2 days till finishing, software is written
  • will be using donut potentiometer

Programming

  • Tested out the range of turning
  • Started attaching new electric board onto the robot
  • Tested out the 4 wheels
  • Need to cut out a piece of breadboard for battery
  • 4 linear potentiometers built

Flywheel

  • worked on making more plates and rearranging to make gears to be flush
  • will be working to make that happen. exact spacing.

Climbing

  • We have the gears, they can be attached now
  • need to figure out how to make the rods longer (or the gears thinner)
  • will be working on feeding mechanism & mounting motor
  • need to make fiberglass hook (need something for the inside)
  • getting a linear extension transducer potentiometer
  • DO NOT TOUCH THE ORANGE TAPE MEASURERS

Sorters

  • trying to organize nuts & bolts
  • WOOHOO

BPU

  • cut to length
  • motor mounting
  • cutting part out of handle
  • mounting everything to the robot
