The scrimmage in Devens, MA at the Stormgears HQ went rather well for a week 0 event. The robot got much practice picking up and shooting balls. Unfortunately, both the lifting and the spinning system need some work. Lifting the robot off the ground damaged some components and we also realized that we were in violation of some rules. Some work to do here. The contraption that can spin the color wheel would not move up, so some research has to be done there. Overall, though, being able to figure all of this out a week before our first competition is a huge improvement and opportunity. Thanks again to FRC Team 5422 for letting us take part in the scrimmage today.
