Limit Switches (Thayer, David)

  • Today
    • Finished making limit switch (it’s robust)
  • Planning
    • Mount the lifter on the drivetrain so we can program the limit switches

Conveyor Belt (Niles)

  • Today
    • Can lift totes both ways and can lift containers (recorded video)
    • Second motor is done wiring: MORE POWER
  • Planning
    • Mount to chassis (integrating system) AT 20 DEGREES
    • Making more hooks
    • Needs to be tested more
    • Container needs to be leaning towards the belt
    • Reversing motors
      • Does each motor need individual control? (Check rules)

Electronics Board (Mr. Roche)

  • Today
    • Got a second Power Distribution Board – put on board
  • Planning
    • Can be done & running tomorrow

Spraying Numbers (Jane)

  • Today
    • Robot needs to have team number (what size?)

Second Robot (Mr. Wells)

  • Planning
    • We need to start duplicating components (too late to start when the robot is fully built!)
    • It should have same dimensions / same driving mechanism / etc…

CAD(Kate)

  • Today
    • Making the CAD version of the electronics board (to line of screws and bolts)
  • Planning
    • Should be done tomorrow

Mounts (Donald)

  • Today
    • drilled the holes for the mount for the conveyor belt
  • Planning
    • Finish drilling today

Motor Controller (Harry)

  • Today
    • Mounted talons
    • 4 out of 7 are done
